Delivery

Mainland Britain - Internet Orders

Delivery is free on orders placed on the internet over £75 (excl VAT).  For orders placed on the internet under £75 (excl VAT), a delivery charge of £6.25 (excl VAT) will be added at checkout.

The carriage charge of £6.25 (excl VAT) is included on the order until the £75 (excl VAT) total is hit - whereby the Free Delivery text is seen in the delivery cost. 

We offer a Next Day Express Service at £10 + VAT . Please call the team on 01225 707188 to add to your delivery 

All orders will be sent using FedEx. You can Upgrade to DPD if requested at an additional cost. Please call the team on 01225 707188 to add to your delivery 

Mainland Britain - Telephone Orders

Orders placed by telephone over £125.00 (excl VAT), delivery will be free of charge.  For orders placed by telephone under £100.00 (excl VAT) a delivery charge of £6.25 (excl VAT) will be added.

Northern Ireland 

Orders placed over £150.00 (excl VAT), will be sent free of charge. For orders placed under £150.00 (excl VAT), a shipping charge of £15.00 (excl VAT) will be added.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

These orders will incur a charge of £17.50 (excl VAT)

Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Channel Islands and Isle of Man and Isle Of Wight (IOW)

These orders will incur a charge of £35.00 (excl VAT)

Rest of the World & Republic of Ireland

A shipping charge will be payable for all orders placed; but not charged at checkout. Instead, we will calculate your shipping charge and contact you to arrange separate payment.

General Notes

For customers outside mainland Britain, we will dispatch your delivery once payment of any additional shipping charges has been finalised.

For Express Next Day please call the office before 2pm on 01225 707188. Carriage applicable at a cost of £10 (excl VAT)

Sunflower and other bulky or restricted products 

For delivery of the above to Northern or Southern Ireland the carriage will be calculated once the order has been placed by us . We will then contact you for separate payment of the carriage.

Please note that flammable goods cannot be exported.
Saturday delivery is subject to an £18 surcharge. Please contact us if you require this service.

Please ensure that the number of boxes/pallets received correspond to our courier delivery note, as discrepancies of this nature cannot be rectified later. Any discrepancy must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Incorrectly Supplied Items

We will accept items back for credit which have been incorrectly supplied, provided that: -
a) We are notified in writing - via returns@c-pmedical.com or by telephone within 2 days of delivery that they were incorrectly supplied.
b) They are unmarked and have not been worn.
c) They have not been adapted.
d) They are returned in the original packaging in a clean, re-saleable condition.
e) The Delivery Note or Official Order Number are quoted.
