  I am just writing after placing an order with you for some foot felt which I hope will be VAT exempt now, even though the system has charged me for now. I am writing though to compliment a Lady by the name of Mollie Robinson whom I have been in contact with over the last few days., she is a real star and is doing well! Mollie has helped me sign up for the VAT free option as I am a Type 2 Diabetic who has quite a few foot issues so this will be a real boon to me. Mollie has exchanged a number of e-mails with me, mailed me forms and been so friendly and easy to deal with that I must ask you say a huge thankyou to her for her efforts and kindness. There are not many people, in my humble opinion, that have any pride in their work any longer, sadly many seem to feel they are owed a job and a salary, not Mollie, I hope that you will continue to value her role in the Company as she deserves it.

  I just wanted to express my thanks at receiving my consignment so quickly and promptly today.

   

  I placed the order on Friday and needed the antibiotics for this afternoon for a patient.  By using a quality carrier like DPD and effort to rush the delivery to me has saved me from sending the patient with a signed order to the pharmacist and maintained my professional imaged.

   

  Thank you to your whole team for all your support from the lady that took my call and found my online order to add the antibiotics, the person in the warehouse picking my order and the administration staff keeping things running smoothly.

  I have used C&P medical for over 10 years as my supplier and in truth I rarely need to use anyone else. C&P supply a wide range of items I use everyday at competitive prices. The main reason I am loyal to this company however is the amazing customer service. Orders are placed with ease and delivery is prompt. If a product is out of stock this is sent on in a timely manner. I have a Hadewe drill and C&P manage the service process with a loan drill supplied as soon as needed. I have dealt personally with many employees (Helen, Sam, Anna, Mat) and they all have excellent customer service. Nowhere is perfect and problems do occur, the important thing as how these are dealt with and I have always been impressed with this aspect of the service.   We have recently trialled Grisol Griseofluvin1% Spray for a limited number of clients with tinea pedis with great success.

  Clients chosen to trial Grisol were those with stubborn reoccurring infections.

  Out of 10 clients 7 resolved completely within 4 weeks.  One client has had ongoing tinea pedis for a number of years with this being the 1st time that his feet are clear - he is one very happy chappy.

  I will now be looking to supply this from our clinic alongside other treatments currently offered.
